A: Call Heidi Chan at 718-492-1671 ext 202, to add your Login Name to approved users
Q: I am able to Login to Datastream but my terminals do not display
A: Login from your web browser to https://www.datastreamatm.com/login/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fdefault.aspx
Put in your UserName & Password
Go to Terminal Management
"Select pre-defined view setting to view terminals" to second [Global] Heidi
Press "Set as Default"
Q: I am able to Login to EFX but my terminals do not display
A: Login from your web browser to https://www.efxatm.com/

Go to Terminal Management
"Select pre-defined view setting to view terminals" to [Global] AO View
Press "Set as Default"
Q: The Ap still does not work
